Restaurant seating is on three levels. The fan favorite balcony can accommodate up to 14 seats. The main level can seat up to 22. The lower level has space for 25 seats. In addition, a sidewalk café license allows for 10 tables with up to 40 seats maybe utilized during warmer months. The maximum capacity of 101 allows for service of over 400 covers on the busiest of summer days.

Café operates on Squirrel POS with three terminals and fully updated software. Squirrel hardware was updated in 2020 with new wide screen monitors and mainframe.
The facility is incredible. The main level has been remodeled and the kitchens have received regular upgrades. There are two full kitchen and three large dry storage/equipment storage areas. Kitchen includes a large collection of high quality, well maintained equipment, large and small. There is ample refrigeration, including a walk-in refrigerator and a walk-in freezer.
Kitchen #1 is used for prep. It has a Class Two hood, a 6-eye range with a single lowboy oven and a convection oven. Kitchen #2 is used for ready to eat food production. It has a Class One hood, double stacked convection ovens, a 10-eye gas range with two lowboy ovens, a flat top grill and much more.
There are two dish machines; both owned by The Catalyst. The main dish room has a double rack machine with a booster heater. A single rack machine with a booster heater is in Kitchen #1.
